REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are permitted for services purchased through Nexweenx Exim Limited

1. No Refund for Digital/Consultancy Services

Consultancy, project scoping, sourcing recommendations, import/export facilitation services, and other advisory work are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Service Termination

If you choose to discontinue services before completion, no refund will be issued for hours already consumed or work performed.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at our discretion in rare and exceptional situations, subject to approval by NexweenX management.

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate service suspension and potential legal action. All disputes should be communicated to NexweenX first.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Airwallex. NexweenX does not control payment processing timelines. Refunds that are approved will be returned via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on the bank and payment provider.
